Submission Instructions (ad hoc)

Submissions for Ad Hoc contributions will be opened on May 1 and closed on June 5.

Submissions will be reviewed by the subcommittee for Posters and Ad-hoc.

Submission Criteria

• Relevance to the iPres conference themes
• Relevance to the field of digital preservation
• Innovation and creativity
• Significance and impact on the digital preservation community

However, we really want to encourage all ideas so if you have a submission that doesn’t quite fit into these categories please don’t hesitate to submit it.

General Requirements

• Submissions should be made in English
• Keep the main text below 500 words

Submissions will be via a simple one page form. A link to the form will be added on this page closer to the submission window.
