The venue at CPH Conference in DGI Byen offers very good accessibility features.
The conference venue for iPRES 2026, DGI Byen, has been designed and built to be accessible for everyone. There are elevators to all four floors, and meeting rooms are easily accessible. Each floor offers toilet facilities for those with limited mobility and wheelchair users.
Two accessible car spaces are available right outside the hotel and conference entrance. There is also an indoor parking garage very close to with accessible parking spaces on both parking levels, as well as elevator access to street level.
An induction loop is installed in the left side of the large auditorium (called Sct. Hans Torv). This room will be used for all plenary sessions and also a number of other sessions.
iPRES 2026 includes both in-person and online participation. We endeavour to provide a programme which caters for participants across time-zones, supports first time attendees, and offers discussion spaces for language communities.
iPRES 2026 caters for attendee dietary requirements as needed. Information about dietary requirements will be sought at the time of registration.
