It is also possible to attend the iPRES 2026 as a participant without an affiliated organisation. This is an option for those who are retired, between jobs, or otherwise unattached to an organization, and provides the option to attend at a discounted rate.

iPRES 2026 is pleased to offer a limited number of registration fee waivers and travel bursaries to support individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference due to financial constraints. This opportunity enables an expansion of the cultural diversity of the iPRES community and involvement of new participants in the application of digital preservation.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the conference organisers by email.
Cancellations received up to and including 20 July 2026 (60 days) will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of DKK 350 + VAT.
Cancellations received up to and including 21 August 2026 (30 days) will receive a 50% refund less a cancellation fee of DKK 350 + VAT.
Cancellations made from 22 August 2026 are non-refundable or at the discretion of the iPRES Local Organising Committee.
Registration may be transferred to another person, any applicable fee difference may apply. Please notify the conference organisers by email of the replacement attendee’s name and contact details.
