Workshop and tutorial presenter information

Before the conference

You can view the rooms below. We have currently capped workshop attendance including presenters at the number communicated with you in a separate email.
The workshop rooms are located on two different floors. Lunch is available.
If you have any materials to share before the workshop or other instructions (e.g., software installation, etc.), please be sure to upload the information or slides into the dedicated folder for each workshop/tutorial in the Google Drive. Do this with as much advance as possible.
Workshop and tutorial presenters will be sent a list of participants to be able to contact them regarding relevant information and share the link to the materials.
If you need equipment for your workshop such as pens, whiteboard markers, cellotape etc., make sure to bring back-ups.

Please be available in the room at least 15 minutes prior to the workshop to check the setup.
Workshop organisers and participants are expected to bring their own laptops and adapters.
All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet.
AV/tech support for the presenter will be available.
We will assume you are self-sufficient in terms of facilitation, attendee support, Q&A, timekeeping, note-taking, etc.

Please update any workshop materials you would like to share or publish in the Google Drive no later than 6 October.
If you would like to distribute a specific survey or collect additional feedback beyond the main conference feedback form, make sure to have that included in your material for the participants.
